NAHSL 2016 CPC: Scholarship

Committee reports from past conferences

Scholarship items 2016

Track items with this spreadsheet. At time of raffle, record winners in appropriate column. Hide columns other than basket number, item and winner, print a copy for each table at banquet. Note page for recording bulk sales, to be figured in to proceeds.

Lessons learned

  • Multiple CPC's have found that asking local vendors fo scholarship donations is not fruitful. Energy better expennded elsewhere.
  • Such a simple and useful idea--bring the Scholarship table INTO the back of the ballroom. Those staffing it no longer have to miss sessions, and we don't have to worry as much about security.
