NAHSL 2014 Exhibitor Letter

Thank you for choosing to exhibit at the NAHSL (North American Health Sciences Libraries – chapter of the Medical Library Association) annual meeting October 19-21, 2014 at the Samoset Resort in Rockport, Maine. The Exhibit Hall will be open on Monday, October 20 from 7 am – 4 pm. Continental breakfast and breaks will be served in the Exhibit Hall. Basic Registration for two exhibitors is $550.00 (USD). This includes:

Ø  Skirted six-foot exhibit table with electricity and wifi

Ø  Sunday evening Welcome Reception for two exhibitors

Ø  Monday Breakfast and Lunch for two exhibitors

Additional exhibitor attendees are welcome at the costs detailed below. All exhibitors are encouraged to attend the festive banquet on Monday evening as well. This year we are planning some fun entertainment with “NAHSL’s Got Talent!” – a talent show with acts by conference attendees –hopefully including some of our exhibitors!

Ø  Additional Exhibit Representatives ($60.00/ea, including Monday breakfast and lunch)

Ø  Additional attendees for Sunday evening reception ($50.00/ea)

Ø  Attendees for Monday evening banquet ($75.00/ea)

Use these instructions to register and submit payment (by credit card or check) on NAHSL’s membership and event portal:

1.       NAHSL 2014 Conference Exhibitor Registration

2.       At the bottom of the page, click Register

3.       On Registration page, enter the email address of the person who will be the main contact prior to the meeting. There will be an opportunity to list the names of the representatives who will be attending the meeting (if known) on the next page.

4.       Enter the security code

5.       Enter information in all required fields (red asterisk)

6.       After completing name, address, etc. you will be able to add extra attendees and submit registrations for the Monday evening banquet.

7.       If the representatives who will be attending the conference are known, please add their names to the last text box. This will assure that name tags and registration materials will be waiting for them upon arrival.

8.       We encourage you to check the box “include name in the list of event attendees”. This will allow conference registrants to know you will be exhibiting.

9.       Click next.

10.   On the “Review and Confirm” page, click “Confirm and proceed with payment”

11.   To pay be credit card, click the “Pay Online” button at bottom of the yellow box.

12.   To pay be check, click the “Print” button on the right-hand edge of the page, print the invoice, and mail it with the check to:
