NAHSL Conference 2015: Registration

Come to Providence, RI for NAHSL 2015!
October 18-20

Registration is open, using the NAHSL Membership Portal on Wild Apricot for both credit card and check payments. 

We have two very special speakers this year who will appeal to librarians from all types of libraries. NAHSL would like to welcome members of all professional library associations to join us at a special rate for the Monday program!

* Student/Retired: This rate is for student NAHSL members and retired NAHSL members. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Full Conference : Includes one ticket to the Welcome Reception at The Dorrance, Monday breakfast and lunch, Tuesday breakfast and one ticket for Monday banquet. You must be a NAHSL member or other MLA chapter member to register at the member rate.

Monday Only : Includes continental breakfast and lunch. You must be a member of any professional library association to register at the member rate.

Tuesday Only : Includes breakfast. You must be a NAHSL member or other MLA chapter member to register at the member rate.

*NOTE: After clicking the "Register Now" button or selecting a form below, NAHSL Members should log in to the Wild Apricot Portal (top right-hand corner of the screen).  Your user name will be your e-mail address.  If you have forgotten your password, use the password prompt to retrieve and reset.

NAHSL Members

Registration for NAHSL 2015 is available online through NAHSL’s membership and event portal. 

1. Point your browser to NAHSL 2015 Conference Registration in Wild Apricot
2. Log in to the system (upper right corner)
3. If you aren’t taken directly to EVENTS, click on EVENTS on the left.
4. Scroll to the Event you wish to register for, click “Register” 
5. Choose your registration option and click “Next” (the contact information you added/updated upon renewing your membership will automatically populate the appropriate fields. If you need to make changes, you can do so now)
6. Fill in the fields for Membership Information and Conference Options. You will also be able to register for CE classes here. Click "Next"
7. On the “Review and Confirm” page, click “Confirm”
8. On the yellow Balance Due screen, you can pay with a credit card by using the Pay Online button. To pay by check, print the invoice (use link below yellow box, or link in confirmation email) and mail a check made out to NAHSL to:

Others

1. Go to the NAHSL 2015 LibGuide Registration page and click on the word Register, OR go to the  NAHSL 2015 Conference Registration in Wild Apricot
2. At the end of the column with the Registration options and prices, click on Register
3. Enter your e-mail and then the six-character security code
4. Enter the information in all fields preceded by the red star.  After completing name, address, etc. you will be able to choose your registration option. At the bottom of this page, click “Next.”
5. Fill in the fields for Membership Information and Conference Options. You will also be able to register for CE classes here. Click "Next"
6. On the “Review and Confirm” page, click “Confirm”
