Hall of Fame Award

MAHSLIN Hall of Fame Award

Purpose: To recognize an outstanding member of MAHSLIN for a long, distinguished career in medical/health science librarianship.

Criteria: The nominee must be a MAHSLIN member in good standing with a long, distinguished and active professional career.

Award: The recipient will be honored at the MAHSLIN annual meeting and presented with a certificate and lifetime membership in MAHSLIN. The recipient’s name will be added to the MAHSLIN Hall of Fame plaque.

Paul Vaiginas Professional Award

The Paul Vaiginas Professional Award

Purpose
: Presented to an individual member for outstanding contribution(s) to the profession and/or MAHSLIN in the past association year.

Criteria
: The nominee must be a MAHSLIN member in good standing and can be anywhere along their career path.

Award
: The recipient will be honored at the MAHSLIN annual meeting and presented with a certificate and a $150 scholarship for continuing education (expiration date: one year from award date).
