This year's MAHSLIN Annual meeting will address how we as librarians and libraries can improve the UX to keep our patrons coming back for more be it virtually or in-person.

Pete Coco is the Web Services Librarian at the Boston Public Library and one of the founding editors of Weave: The Journal of Library User Experience, librarianship's only peer-reviewed outlet focused exclusively on user experience. His writing and speaking engagements focus on the connection between user experience and other elements of librarianship, including information literacy, collection development and open access. He is passionate in the belief that any librarian who wants to improve the user experience of their patrons can do so.
