Chances are, as a health sciences information professional, you are trying to meet the needs of your patrons as simply as possible in a way that makes your patrons happy to use your products and services. This is not only about the user interface but more about the total user experience.
This year's MAHSLIN Annual meeting will address how we as librarians and libraries can improve the UX to keep our patrons coming back for more be it virtually or in-person.
The Neilsen/Norman Group summarizes User Experience as "encompassing all aspects of the end user's interaction with the company, its services and its products."
It's All About the Users..."Are U eXperienced?" The solutions are unique to each of us. I look forward to seeing you on April 8th.
